Putting aside any religious sentiments regarding the creation issue.
We know little about how we come to be on earth. We are aware of the evolutionary strata of life.

We as humans are mammals, then there are reptiles other subspecies , plant life bacteria etc.
Still it does not answer the fundamental question of how we got here or how life began.

Did our genesis start in the first primordial soup consisting of few proteins enzymes and a little water?
Are we the product of a second generation of life that started after the earth cooled?

There is no definitive answer. We know that life can exist in very hostile environments, bacteria , certain plants can life in areas of very high and low temperatures. To search for possible answers we need to look at external forces.

A fragment of Martian rock was found in Antarctica some years ago named ALH84001

It was said to have contained ancient fossilized bacteria, this was later discounted. Still ALH84001 is theorized to be one of the oldest pieces of the solar system formed at the very early beginning of our Solar System.

ALH84001 lay on the Martian surface for billions of years, later ejected by bombardment form planetary debris pieces of Martian rock were sent into space some of it landed on Earth.

The analysis of rock fragment ALH84001 was found to contain traces of iron that had been magnetized.

The probability that Mars did at one time have a magnetic field much like Earth’s.
A planet’s magnetic field is essential it stops the solar wind from stripping away the atmosphere.

Since Mars does not have an active magnetic field most of the atmosphere on Mars has been eroded. Although Mars is a little smaller than Earth, Mars is much older that Earth.

Mars cooled quicker than the Earth therefore the possibility is that some form of life existed on Mars and then died out, perhaps some fragments of Martian rock survived the hot reentry into Earth’s atmosphere and planted some form of life here on Earth.

Perhaps we are part Martian. In time we will know more about our origins as we begin to explore the Martian Surface.

Suppose microscopic organisms had been deep inside a huge piece of Martian rock, CarlCan. Might they have survived the trip and the heat. The impact of landing could have broken the rock open and deposited the organism is the early earth environment. While I firmly believe that God created the Earth and everything in it, it sounds entirely reasonable to me that a Martian organism joined us and mutated at some point in the distant past.

Politically speaking, and I always have to, the Martian critter might have evolved into American liberals. LOL Boy, would that explain a lot!

That's a fact, CarlCan! too bad we can't get them one-way tickets to whatever world they come from.
