Where did all the Aliens Go ?

UFO reports are a worldwide phenomenon, many reports abound that someone has seen a strange craft with lights. Every nation on earth has reports on UFOs. Australia is no different every year we have sightings. Most are reported in the media if the story is interesting.
I try to base my opinions on UFOs from a scientific standpoint, that being most “UFOs” can be explained.
There are numerous worldwide reports of unusual objects triangle like looking craft. Some are military craft some are radar target drones used for training purposes. Some are atmospheric optical illusions some sightings are Planets.
Despite the countless submissions made by people who claim to have seen a UFO no real evidence has been produced, no actual photograph of a landing space craft has come forth. To date. Most video images showing alleged UFO activity is of such poor quality as to totally useless. Most video cameras do not have the capacity to provide high resolution images and tend to distort the images they do produce.
Is it possible that aliens where here on earth in the past ? possible but highly unlikely.
Considering the distances involved a journey form a star or distant galaxy would take millennia that’s if you were able to travel at the speed of light. Any such civilization would be dead by now. Forget about wormholes, wormholes are just a theory still very much fiction and yet remains an unproven hypothesis.
There is no substantial evidence that aliens have visited earth in the past. Some would argue that the ancient pyramids where build by superior beings from other worlds.
Please give us humans some credit the ancients were not so dumb they developed the science that we now use today.
So where did the aliens go? Assuming that there were aliens to begin with we are yet to hear from E.T. we are listening.
