Planetary News

On June the 30th at around 6:30 E.S.D.T the planet Venus and Saturn will be close to each other, that is you will be able to see them both. Saturn will be slightly above Venus.

If you would like to get a chance to see two wonderful planets close to each other weather permitting Saturday evening is your best bet.

If you have a small telescope you will be able to see Venus as a crescent and the rings of Saturn.
Just after sunset 6 to 6:30 pm in the direction of North west. You will see Venus a bright looking object with Saturn as a little point of light just above Venus.

I have included a picture to give you some idea of where to look.
