Unexplained Mystery Radio Static

A high altitude balloon has detected mysterious radio waves. The mystery so far remains unexplained. The radio noises are not generated here on earth the origin seems to come from somewhere in space. Many objects in the universe including stars and galaxies these subjects create a background noise or hiss a kind of radio static.
Some of the static can be heard has originated way back when the universe was created.
The balloon flies at an altitude of some 37 km or around 120.000 feet. The radio static is about seven times stronger at this altitude; astronomers believe there are not enough galaxies to account for it.
This mysterious veil of extra-loud radio noise permeates the cosmos, preventing astronomers from observing heat from the first stars. The balloon-borne ARCADE instrument discovered this cosmic static while searching for heat signature from distant older star formations.
There is a strong chance that the radio emissions are produce by dark matter. Dark matter is invisible force yet plentiful through the universe.
The high altitude balloon was initially equipped to measure the heat from very distant stars but found something totally unexpected.

Radio noise in radio reception is the superposition of white random noise (also called "static") and other influences on the signal.
By other influences I mean the signal may have been diverted or distorted by gravity or other random noises may have been introduced when the signal passed a massive object like a star or galaxy.
Static is just static it does not have any discernable qualities and posses no intelligence or meaning.
