Minimise the time spent on your Blog Writing

We spend a lot of time and effort writing material to post, many of us don’t have the advantage of time. Sometimes when I type I tend to get letters in the wrong order, perhaps I am partially dyslexic, or just plain lazy. Most people use traditional word processing software. I recently started to use autocorrect software the software found on most mobile phones, you type the letter s and they magically arrange themselves. Can take a bit of getting use to and it does not always get it right.
To help speed up my writing process I insert my html scripts at the time of writing a particular blog.
This process may lead to complications with syntax errors created by using Microsoft Word.
Microsoft Word tends to add unwanted characters although most of it is “hidden” in can mess up your Blog page if you copy and paste.
The best way I find around this problem is by using Word pad.
For those out there that would like a simple word processer with spelling you can try Exact Word
It is a shareware programme. It may help you save a bit of time.
Please be aware that the program may want to install added tool bars excreta, just untick any ones you don’t wish to be installed.
