Figero The Loss of a dear friend and companion

The Loss of a dear friend and companion.
This month has not been a happy one. This week we have lost a very dear friend when our 16 year old chinchilla cat passed away. Figero was born in 1992 and has always been my critic sitting near my computer when writing my blogs or looking at the night sky at times “voicing” opinions we were a team. To many he was just a cat but to me he was a member of the family and will be missed. Being an inside cat had its privileges air-conditioning music lots of places to hide. He never harmed another living creature he had a placid gentle nature.
I would like to dedicate this blog to Figero as a source of inspiration patience, love and understanding.

I am so sorry for your loss.
They ask so little and give so much, and leave such an empty place when they depart .. maybe he will come again, it has happened to me.
Sharing your loss, keenly ..
Lilla ..

A big-time soccer manager (I think) once said something like, if you dare to play, you must dare to lose. Owning a pet is a bit like that, except more predictable because you know that you'll be a winner until, after all too short a time, you lose.
But you still have the pictures, the memories and the inspiration.
Regards,
Chris

Our sympathies. Having had such wonderful support from Orblers earlier this year in similar circumstances - I understand the hurt.
Grief is the price we pay for love when we have it taken away from us - which is why it is valued so highly I guess.
My thoughts are with you

Thank you S.L. Damo, Lilla, Kleonaptra. Randy Inman, Chris Champion, Mr Nice Guy. I wish to express my profound gratitude to all the wonderful people for their kind words of support kindness and encouragement.
These words I think express what our companions really mean.
"Farewell my human friends, yet not Farwell where I you go you too shall dwell. I am gone before your face a moments time a little space. When you come where I have stepped you will wonder why you wept"
