Earth’s “Hidden” Asteroid A Trojan In Waiting

It seems that rouge planets are in abundance through the Milky Way.
Now it seems that we have another neighbour other than our Moon.
Researchers have discovered the first Trojan asteroid sharing Earth's
orbit around the Sun. Trojan asteroids are plentiful and most planets
within our Solar System have them.
Trojan asteroids are locked in stable orbits by gravity acting between
a planet and the Sun.
Any Earth-bound Trojans is difficult to find because its location can only
be seen from Earth during daylight. The Earth Bound asteroid called
2010 TK7.
2010TK7 is about 300 metres wide and as long as a city block
A team of researchers used ground-based telescopes to confirm
the sighting, calculating that it's been in a stable orbit with Earth
for more than 11,000 years.

We know little else about 2010TK7
except it poses no direct threat to Earth and remains in a stable a orbit.
Earth has a second companion, asteroid 3753 Cruithne, about 5 km wide.
Asteroid 2010TK, orbits ahead about 50 million miles ahead of Earth.
Earth bound Trojans are found close to a planets Lagrangian points.
A Lagrangian point can be summarized by the using a triangle.
Now imagine the sun and Earth as being two points in a triangle whose
sides are equal in length. The remaining point of the triangle is
known as a Trojan point, or a Lagrangian point.

Hi S.L.
It is surprising at what is out there within our Earth’s orbit.
As we get better imaging techniques don’t be too surprised if more fragment are
discovered travelling in parallel with us.
It's better than having an Eliphant living in your
fridge.lol
