Sorry folks it`s taken me a while to write another blog, I am now back after a few weeks in hospital.
A sizable gamma ray burst “seen” in April this year has come from the very edge of the universe.
We cannot see Gamma Rays in the visible spectrum special satellites have special x- ray detection sensors.
The most likely cause for the Gamma Ray burst also massive explosion of the massive star and most probably the birth of a black hole.
Gamma ray bursts are very powerful destructive high energy particles common throughout the universe and pack a powerful burst.
Most gamma-ray bursts occur when a star runs out of nuclear fuel or the influence of a black hole can cause the star`s core to collapse triggering a violent explosion.
NASA's Swift satellite the Gamma Ray court the burst called GRB 090423.
The satellite photographed a 10 second burst followed by an x-ray afterglow almost like a ghost effect.
After many calculations astronomers arrived at a conclusion that the Gamma Ray burst occurred some 630 million years ago and took more than 13 billion years to reach us which makes it one of the most distant objects ever seen by humans.
